Callan Small

Design + Marketing Manager

Callan is a mission driven story teller and content creator with an affinity for the arts and passion for social justice. A lifelong artist herself, Callan credits her creativity to the women artists in her family and community that have been incredible teachers and mentors throughout her life. She has extensive social media, communications, and design experience, and loves to paint, draw, sew, and make pottery.

Prior to RAW, Callan was part of the development team at Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC) located in Roxbury, MA. Through the management of the individual giving portfolio, and supporting the development and activation of the alumni program, she expanded ICIC’s external reach, donor and alumni engagement, and overall impact.

Callan has held internships with The Philanthropic Initiative at The Boston Foundation, the Office of Governor John Carney (DE),  Planned Parenthood of Delaware, and the Massachusetts Sierra Club. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations with a minor in Spanish from the University of Delaware where she was a member of the Women’s Ice Hockey team and an active fundraiser for the B+ Foundation. In her free time, Callan loves to learn new things, travel, and spend time at the beaches in her hometown on Cape Cod.

Callan joined the team at RAW in 2023.
