Judy Bowe

Director of Development

Judy (She/Her/Hers) is a highly accomplished nonprofit executive with a proven track record of providing expert leadership and institutional advancement for local nonprofits.

Her experience includes key leadership positions such as Director of Development at La Vida Scholars, interim CEO at Inversant, and VP of Development at the Epilepsy Foundation New England. Judy has consistently advanced opportunities for youth and families throughout her career. This includes leading development efforts at Cambridge College, Second Nature, Mother Caroline Academy, Epilepsy Foundation New England, Inversant and most recently at La Vida Scholars.

Judy began her career in philanthropy at Cambridge College, where she was instrumental in driving organizational growth, notably by leading the College’s first capital campaign and serving the organization's founder for a quarter of a century. Her comprehensive fundraising expertise spans diverse sectors including Higher Education, Middle School Education, Climate Change advocacy, Epilepsy, and College Access. Throughout her career, a significant focus of her work has been dedicated to serving BIPOC communities, both locally and nationally. Judy earned her master’s degree in education at Cambridge College.
