Kaitlyn Farmer

Project Launch Senior Manager

Kaitlyn Farmer is a Boston-based nonprofit leader, arts educator, and college access counselor. She received a BA from Emmanuel College in 2015 where she majored in Sociology with a concentration in Human Services and a minor in Psychology. In 2022, she earned her Certificate in Social Impact Management and Leadership from the Institute of Nonprofit Practice.

Kaitlyn, a RAW alumna, has been deeply involved with Raw Art Works and the Lynn community for well over a decade. She has professional experience teaching in schools and nonprofits, and currently serves as the Senior Manager of Project Launch. In her former role as RAW’s Community Engagement Manager, she founded the Artists in Action program, a civic-engagement leadership group focused on creating social change and positively impacting the local community through the arts.

RAW’s college and career access program, Project Launch, empowers the teens at RAW to reach their post-graduation goals. Project Launch offers weekly workshops, individualized support, and a robust volunteer mentorship program for RAW’s senior class. Building sustainable partnerships, connecting with community partners, and improving access to opportunities for our youth are professional passions of hers.

Kaitlyn has been a team member since 2016.
