Norway Dolan

Project Launch Coordinator

Norway Dolan holds a BA in Human Development and Human Services & Women’s and Gender Studies, with a minor in education. She earned her M.Ed. in Community Engagement K-12, both from Merrimack College. While in graduate school, Norway completed a fellowship at YouthBuild North Shore CDC where she facilitated the civic engagement and leadership development classes for program participants, ages 16-24. Norway planned lessons around social justice issues and topics that she felt were important for young people to learn about. She enjoyed working with young adults and watching them grow and feel empowered to plan for their futures.

Prior to this role, Norway worked as a Therapeutic Mentor in community settings, working 1:1 with children with social-emotional and behavioral challenges. Norway approached sessions in a strengths-based way to work on skill-building activities in a fun and engaging way with children, addressing goals such as improving emotional regulation skills, social skills, and communication skills. Within this position, Norway also worked as part of an In-Home Therapy team, working with the entire family in the home to improve family dynamics, incorporate positive activities into a routine, and address strengths and areas of growth to meet their goals. Norway is excited to be a part of the Project Launch team to continue to build positive relationships with youth, help them reach their full potential, and to support them as they accomplish their goals and determine their path after high school.

Norway has been a team member at RAW since 2022.
